So you’re new to the subject of freestyle, I suggest you read this

or you just take a football, watch some videos and get out and practice

those skills.

Freestyle can be practiced by anyone, you don’t have to be a footballer or

an ex footballer, anyone that wants to learn some new and cool tricks can

do it. All you need is a football size 5. Some people prefer to juggle

barefeet and some don’t, if you don’t then I would recomend you to go to

the closest sportsstore and try some indoor or turf shoes. When you have a

pair that you personally like then buy them. If you don’t have the cash to

spend on your dream shoes then I’m sure that your mum and dad maybe wants

to sponsor you with your new shoes which will get you into football

freestyle.

Now you’re ready to start. The easiest way to start getting good in

juggling is just to juggle the ball. If you can’t juggle the ball more

then two times maybe you should try and just kick the ball in the air, let

it bounce against the ground, kick it again, let it bounce and kep doing

that until you’ve got control over this. Then you can move on to just

regular juggling without letting it bounce on the ground. In the beginning

you will probably get very frustrated and just feel like quitting, but

don’t. The joy and happyness you will feel once you’ve done 100 kickups

will be huge, and for each success this feeling will be bigger and bigger.

A tip here would be that everytime you reach to a certain goal you will

reward yourself. Maybe you will go on that awesome movie on the cinema

with your girlfriend, but first you gotta make 25 headers.

To balance the ball on your foot is also very basic, if you can’t balance

the ball then just take the ball with your hands and put it into the

position. Try and search for the spot on your foot where the ball is

steady. Just focus on keeping it on your foot. Then you can juggle, do a

coupple of kickups and then catch it on your foot. Exactly how to balance

the ball is slightly different from freestyler to freestyler, some balance

it on the front part of the foot, others “lock” the ball between the toes

and the shin(if you can do this you are pretty lucky, this will make some

cool tricks possible for you). So just try and find your unique way to

balance the ball on the foot.

Now the fun part starts, the footballtricks. I suggest that you visit my link

www.youtube.com/bisadd to learn some of the most basic tricks there is, such as

ATW, HTW, Neckstall and so on. When you’ve mastered the basics you should

move on, and in case we havn’t reached to the more advanced tricks in my link, I suggest that you have a look at all the videos . Then you try and figure out how you could do the same

tricks as in the movie you just watched, then you just start practicing. A

good tip is to be able to do the basics very well before you move on to

the more advanced tricks.

Freestyle will actually improve your game as well, so if you’re a footballer you might want to try some freestyle. It will help your eye co-ordination and first touch a lot. Also there is more things you will get from freestyling.Football Freestyle basically is to entertain a crowd, whether it’s in front of a real crowd or in front of a digital crowd(internet, tv and so on). You always have to entertain through your amazing ball control.
